Purchasing & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, through Shopify's secure payment gateway.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We do not directly handle or store your payment information. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system, ensuring your data is protected.

Q: The payment failed. What should I do?
A: This is usually due to your bank declining the transaction. Please ensure your billing information matches what your bank has on file. You can also try using a different payment card or PayPal.

Downloading Your eBook

Q: How do I get my eBook after I buy it?
A: Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive a confirmation email containing your download link(s). Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Q: I didn't receive my download email. What now?
A: First, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, please email us at contact@bookread.club with your full name and order number. We will verify your purchase and resend the link manually.

Q: My download link says it's expired or invalid.
A: For security, download links expire after a set number of days or attempts. Simply contact us at contact@bookread.club with your order number, and we will generate a new link for you right away.

Q: What format (PDF, EPUB, etc.) are the eBooks in?
A: The available format for each eBook is clearly listed on its product page. Most of our eBooks are in universal PDF format, which can be read on any device with a free PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat) or most web browsers.

Reading & Using Your eBook

Q: What do I need to read the eBook?
A: You need a device (computer, smartphone, tablet, or dedicated e-reader) and compatible software.

  • For PDFs: Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any built-in PDF viewer.

  • For EPUBs: Apple Books (on Apple devices), Google Play Books, or Adobe Digital Editions.

  • Please check the product description for the specific format before purchasing.

Q: Can I print my eBook?
A: This depends on the specific eBook and its copyright restrictions. Most PDFs allow for personal printing. Please refer to the terms inside the eBook itself.

Q: Can I share my eBook with friends?
A: No. Each eBook purchase is for personal use only. Sharing your digital file is a violation of copyright law and our terms of service.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We cannot offer refunds for changed minds or accidental purchases.

We will only consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working version.

  • You received a product fundamentally different from what was described.

  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.

Q: I bought the wrong eBook. Can I exchange it?
A: We cannot facilitate exchanges for digital products due to their nature. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the title, description, and preview before completing your purchase.

Q: Can I download my eBook on multiple devices?
A: Yes! You can download your eBook on any device you own. We recommend saving a backup copy on your computer or cloud storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox).
